Changing field requirements are identified, evaluated and resolved through the reprioritization of work packages within a project and across multiple projects. PWR-ON™ project management considers field personnel roles and responsibilities in support of best practice processes and procedures grounded in a work breakdown structure (WBS) of OSM and Non-OSM work packages central to the prioritization of work throughout the value chain.
