Predefined PWR-ON™ work packages throughout all operational departments of the value-chain are populated upfront, at the start of a project, ensuring timely delivery of OSM work to the field. Changing field requirements are identified, evaluated and resolved through the reprioritization of work packages within a project and across multiple projects. Capacity constraints throughout the value-chain and other bottlenecks are also identified allowing for timely resolution.

PWR-ON™ project management considers field personnel roles and responsibilities in support of best practice processes and procedures grounded in a work breakdown structure (WBS) of OSM and Non-OSM work packages central to the prioritization of work throughout the value chain.
